iCap issue - Dec 10 2024
Resolved - Beginning around 5 AM EST / 10:00 UTC and lasting until around 7:30AM EST / 12:30 UTC on Dec 10, one of the iCap relay servers experienced a period of instability. This may have resulted in disruptions or delays in audio and caption delivery to connected users on this server. Our engineering team worked to restore the server to its normal operating state and manually rebalance some of the load to minimize customer impact. Further work is planned to prevent similar disruptions going forward.
