We have received scattered reports of Lexi failing to generate captions today around 15:00 EST / 19:00 UTC. After investigating, we discovered that there was an approximate 10-minute window in which some Lexi jobs would fail to caption. This has already been mitigated and no action by end users is necessary at this time. If there are any questions, please reach out to our Support team at eeg.support@ai-media.tv.
