Our LEXI service experienced a brief disruption on September 8th, from 17:56 to 18:01 Eastern Time (21:56 to 22:01 UTC). Users may have experienced up to 5 minutes of dropped or delayed output due to issues with iCap connectivity. Drops in output were resolved without user intervention. No further instances have been detected since this timeframe.
