The EEG Cloud Scheduling system will undergo maintenance between 14:30 and 14:45 UTC (10:30 to 10:45 am EDT), April 18th. During this time, users will not be able to view or edit scheduled events. Running events will not be impacted. Direct API calls may get 500 errors at some point during this window. While the window is 15 minutes, the actual outage is expected to be much shorter.
No scheduled Lexi or Translate jobs will start or end during the brief outage. This window has been identified as free of any scheduled starts/ends and do not anticipate any impact to LEXI or Translate use. Monitoring of scheduled events will continue up to the outage window to ensure this period remains absent of scheduled starts/ends.
LEXI and Translate will not be otherwise impacted. Instances will continue to start and stop via manual activation.
